What is B.SC. CYBER & DIGITAL SCIENCE Degree All about?
B.Sc. Cyber & Digital Science is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on the critical domains of cybersecurity and digital technologies. This specialized course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the complex world of cybersecurity and its application in safeguarding digital assets and information systems. As technology continues to advance, the demand for cybersecurity professionals is soaring, making this degree program an attractive choice for individuals passionate about combating cyber threats and making a meaningful impact in the digital age.

Program Structure
BSc (Cyber and Digital Science) is a three-year undergraduate course, affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The program will be based on the Choice-based credit system (CBCS) comprising 140 credit points. Digital and Cyber Forensics is a niche subject of modern studies which shall prepare students for professional work in business and industry, as well as government and law enforcement.
BSc(CDS) is a 3-year course divided into six semesters, two semesters per year. It comprises of subjects that are technically oriented, along with coding languages and Ethical Hacking etc. to prepare the students to choose a suitable career option in the field of Cyber Security.
Objectives of the program
- To strengthen the basics of the subject useful in selecting various career options
- To make students aware of cybercrime and learn ways to handle them
- To produce entrepreneurs who can work in the area of Cyber and Digital Forensics
